What to Expect
*Enhance your athletic performance, decrease stress and fatigue through the gift of touch*
PRE MASSAGE: Hydrate, Bring an open mind and be willing to go INTO your pain.
POST MASSAGE: Re-Hydrate. I encourage people to reach out to me 3 days after their session to let me know about their experience; good, bad, or indifferent. I do not rebook people after the initial visit. I encourage clients to self-evaluate their pain and discomfort, then I problem-solve with them to make a plan that meets their specific needs.
